Located near the Smith Mountain Lake State Park, this charming newly renovated home sits close to the lake and has its own dock with electric. Enjoy the beautiful water views from the deck either under cover or in the sun with your cup of coffee in the morning or your evening beverage as the sun sets.
Perfect family retreat with foosball and air hockey tables, corn hole, WIFI and 40` flat screen TV. The main entry level of the home offers three bedrooms all with Queen size beds, 2 baths, eat-in kitchen and living area. The lower level with a separate outside entry offers an unfinished basement/rec/game room and laundry.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
