「This house was perfect for the needs of a three generation family that came to Boston to visit family. The location was ideal and the neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful and safe. The kitchen had the basic amenities necessary for morning coffee, and meals and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. Jeff was always available to answer any questions and check in on our stay. This house worked well for our family!」

「We stayed durinig Marathon weekend to run the marathon on Monday. The unit was perfect for our size and very comfortable. The living spaces were surprisingly larger than expected, very comfortable with lots of space to spread out and relax. The place was freshly updated and very well done. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and we were able experience Boston living. We would definitely look to stay again if find ourselves back in Boston. 」

「We had a family group for a college graduation. We needed plenty of rooms, kitchen, and good location. This property had it all and was great! We could easily walk or drive to Harvard Square. Entrance is in the back and has 6-8 stairs up to a deck and back door. On the first floor are a large bedroom and full bath, good for anyone with mobility issues. The second floor has a full bath and third floor has a half bath. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. All went well...

「Property was great and was as advertised. Beautiful home and fit our needs perfectly. Neighborhood was not the greatest. There were lots of late noises. The driveway left a lot to be desired. The van we rented was very low to the ground and all the driveways in that neighborhood are sloped which cause the front bottom of the vehicle to scrape. The pocket doors to the bathrooms did not lock well. Overall we had a great time and the house exceeded our expectations. 」
