「No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. "Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue was that the fourth floor had a noticeable odor at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but since the windows could not be opened and there didn’t seem to be a proper fresh air ventilation system, the air circulation felt limited. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else and still had a great overall experience."
