“We were appointed to this hotel by Alaska airlines due to a late night flight cancellation. The first two rooms offered to us smelled of mold, mildew, and sewage. Both of the first two rooms were declined by us as the odor was too foul to even go in. The third room also smelled of mildew but was not as foul as the first two. We accepted the room out of desperation and fatigue. The room was so small, it did not fit the two of us and all of our luggage and still be able to open the door to the……
