"Exceptional views of the Smokies. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff was very friendly and the grounds were kept tidy. The balcony was perfect for relaxing after an exhausting day of walking the Parkway. While on the drive up we were graced with three bear cubs, then later while enjoying the beautiful night on the balcony - Mama bear walked her cubs right below our room. Priceless!"

"The 11th floor/Club level is where it’s at, folks. The lounge serves food twice a day and free beverages during happy hour and also accommodated me for a mimosa or two in the morning😉. It has fabulous large rooms with nice bathrooms, featuring many shower heads and a jacuzzi tub for two and to me, the included valet is worth it. And if you make a spa reservation, check in early and enjoy it all day. It’s one of the best spas I’ve ever been to in my life and one of the highest rated (and I have become quite the spa snob.) We had the best mini moon there! The staff was so professional and really accommodating to us. This is more than made up for the first trip we had there where they canceled our spa reso last min."

"Pleasant little cabin. Very clean and had everything I needed. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within 25-30 minutes (Cosby). Several good trout waters within about a 15 minute drive. That's why I was there. :-)"

"Loved it. 5-STAR....It was perfect for a family get-together. We had 7 this year, and we never felt cramped. Everyone had space to do their own thing and space to play games together comfortably (inside and out). We even brought the family dog. They do offer pool towels and laundry soap. But I would have brought a few extra for showers. In my room, there were only three for two people the whole week. So you can keep washing them, but if you don't want to do laundry, maybe have everyone bring an extra towel or two. Also, toilet paper, I did buy a package before I came, and I'm glad I did. Depending on how long you are staying, of course. If you are staying a week, I do suggest it. Other than that, this house had everything needed, and I had no complaints at all. Would suggest and will rebook. Also, you are a little way out. Dollar General is your closest for things. Walmart and the town are about 30 minutes away with regular traffic, longer if you come during a high tourist time. Keep that in mind. I bought groceries before and brought them."

"Such a great place. Game room room is back to childhood with nostalgic arcade machines. Pool table and ping pong too. Awesome. Hot tub perfect and very inviting after long daily hikes…no muscle soreness magic!!! Thank you for your awesome place. Clean and very warm. Not too far from anything you need to have a great vacation. Will book again!"

"The cabin was very nice, comfortable, and plenty of room. Layout was great for a large family.Only negatives were secondary bedrooms the mattresses were terrible, there wasn't a separate bathroom for the master, and the stairs going up of the driveway are sloped, very difficult to navigate. Need replacing."
