“This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The room comes with a kitchen, which is new and fully equipped, so we can enjoy self-cooked dinner and breakfast. But there is also a 24-hour hotel front desk service. The service staff are young and very friendly to help guests. There are lockers for storing luggage and seats for guests to rest. The location is great, right in the city center. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Antwerp Central Station and Antwerpen Roosevelt perron. It……

“Ich möchte die Bewertung aufteilen. Zuerst die Unterkunft: Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, liebevoll dekoriert, die Küche war erstaunlich gut ausgestattet. Zweite Küche im Gartenhaus war auch top. Alles, was wir brauchten, haben wir vorgefunden und wenn was unklar war, immer sehr gute Kommunikation. Die Anlage an sich hat ihre Besten Jahre hinter sich, trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Es ist und bleibt ein Campingplatz und kein Ressort. Das sollte einem klar sein. Ich als Angler bin voll auf meine……

“Schöne Unterkunft (wir hatten einen Bungalow/Mobilhome mit seeblick. Um den See kann man gut laufen/joggen. Man darf nicht darin schwimmen oder stand-up-paddeln. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Das nebenanliegende Freibad mit Liegewiese darf man umsonst nutzen. Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zum Baden voll in Ordnung. Toller Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Fahrrad Ausflüge zu machen oder mit dem Auto auch mal an Strand fahren.”

“Check in was a bit of a hassle. We never received the mandatory checkin email, which required chatting with hotels.com to resolve the issue. We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. The checkin also requires a photo id scan from your phone as well as an additional $$ euro deposit before they……

“Place was advertised as a whole house with 2 double beds, in the end it was only 1 room with one double bed, a shared livingroom/kitchen and bathroom. But the owners were understanding and gave us a different room as we couldn't sleep in the Same bed. It was clean and the location wasn't loud at all. Stairs were a bit small, but doable. Parking is on the road infront of the house, sometimes you get lucky and can park close, but most of the times you have to walk a minute. For check in you have……

“Clean spacious room, check-in and check out were done without meeting the host, but no issues. They were clear with instructions and the property was in a very nice location to walk to all the touristy areas”

“Die Zimmer waren sehr klein.In einem Raum stand das Etagenbett so nah am Fenster,das es nicht geöffnet wurde.Das Zimmer hatte überhaupt keine Ablagefläche!Löcher in dem Wänden, herausgerissene Kleiderhaken lagen auf dem Bett. Es gab keinen Besen oder Kehrschaufel für Haus oder Terrasse! Ich sage nie wieder!!”

“Location is closing to the center, you can reach there in 5 mins, and a lot supermarket near by. Room was beautiful and very conformable, bathroom is my favorite part of the room. Downstairs is auto check in machine and everything process fast and easy, staffs were very kind. Lobby is very comfortable beautiful design place to relax and meet your friends.”
