Anteriormente nos habíamos quedado en esta propiedad y siempre la hemos pasado muy bien. Nunca hemos tenido ninguna situación y por eso regresamos. En esta ocasión tuvimos una situación con un personal de seguridad que no fue agradable. Nunca nos habiamos pasado una situación como esa. Sería favorable que al personal de seguridad los adiestraran para ser más amables con los huéspedes que al final del día somos los que sustentamos este negocio.
