“The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.”

“Very disappointed when we first arrived looks like the decorating was done by a blind man all mix and match.the whole place needs a damn good clean thought we had moved into step toes yard .electrics unsafe bodged wiring .no wash basin shower area filthy .single mattresses hadn’t been checked stained and smelly (urine) whole floor area needs replacing due to bad fitting .patio doors were tapped and big lock and chain as the doors were broke .site manager unaware it has been rented out.they……

“Great caravan on a nice quiet site. Good for dogs. Older caravan but perfect for what we wanted. Everything worked so no complaints. Have stayed in sister caravan on this site previously. Site has its on clubhouse that serve nice food and drinks and of course are very dog friendly. Close to beach and walk in to Mablethorpe. Would stay again.”

“Was great to have a last getaway before our second child arrived. It was easy for me to maneuver myself around the caravan, it was very clean and any questions were answered so quickly. The weather wasn't fantastic but it didn't stop us making many memories. My 8 year old was very happy with the stay too and enjoyed telling us what was in each cupboard and draw. Amazing value and an amazing area. The on site pub was great too and my son had his first ever game of pool there! Fantastic 🌟.”

“The owners are very nice and obviously love their garden. The house was comfortable. However with a few tweaks our stay could have been fantastic. We have pointed these out to the owners, but in particular as mentioned previously particulars should be amended to reflect that the George and Dragon is now closed.”

“We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back ”

“This cosy cottage is close to the beach. It is easy to access and in a lovely setting. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. Would return in a flash. ”

“Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back.
