Absolutely beautiful B&B in the heart of downtown Humboldt, surrounded by quaint little shops. We sat &read our books in the courtyard in the evening & visited the shops during the day. The room was beautifully decorated & the mattress was super comfortable. We were served a DELICIOUS breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, Belgium waffles, coffee, juice & water…all made fresh by the hostess & served at a beautifully set table for two! We were treated like royalty…we would highly recommend Magnolia Manor & Chapel! You will not be disappointed!

Staying was a wonderful experience, the owners are so hospitable, kind, and warm! The room was updated and very clean and comfortable! The decor was charming, as was the entire Bed&Breakfast. The breakfast were amazing! We will definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. My best experience I can remember. It really was a step away from your standard hotel. My husband and I will definitely stay again when next we are in the area. The couple operating this bed and breakfast provide comfortable rooms. A relaxing common areas to sit and enjoy reading or having conversations. They are a little out of the way but well worth the effort.

The breakfast and room was great the only problem was the gal in charge. She gave us a lecture about not having a smart phone (sorry but not everyone can afford one and we get along with our flip phone) We were the only ones staying there so I asked about changing rooms with no stairs and she made a huge deal out of it so we kept our original room which was very nice. She just ruined our stay there because of her sarcastic unfriendly nature. If you have a smart phone and don't mind 19 stairs you should have an enjoyable stay. It was close to halloween maybe she only turns into a witch then......
