"We had such a great stay! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub. The grown ups who were lucky enough to use the nice/new showers really enjoyed those! The beds were super comfy. Having 2 refrigerators was a bonus I did not expect. We enjoyed building fires in the fireplace. The suggestions from the owners for things to do in the area were very helpful. What a fabulous family vacation!!"

"We really liked this house! It has modern appliances, very soft linens & towels and nice comfortable bedding. Shower toiletries that were provided were good quality. Every bedroom has a magnificent view of the mountains. Tons of outdoor seating for relaxing and visiting. Communication with the host began as soon as we booked and was fantastic the entire time! We visit Wintergreen every October and can't wait to stay here again."

"The Shamokin Chalet (Grand Chalet) was a gorgeous home with amazing mountain views! It was one of the most well appointed homes I’ve stayed in - well stocked kitchen (paper products, spices, dishes, cooking supplies, coffees), shampoos, conditioners, body wash, toilet paper and plenty of towels in all bathrooms, even beach towels for the hot tub. The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The landscaping was gorgeous. It had the most massive TV I’ve ever seen. The owner was a great communicator, texts were timely and he was quick to respond. My family would definitely come back to this lovely home! "

We appreciated so much all the extra amenities of soap, shampoo and body wash. As well as firewood for the fireplace. The hot tub was broken… but the property manager was exceptional! He tried his best to get it up and running but was unsuccessful. He was very responsive and kind. "
