“This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. “From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. “The suite itself was acceptable; however, several issues significantly affected our stay. Although a parking address was provided, it was not clearly stated that there is no on-site parking and that the car park is located approximately 100 metres away. As I had a sprained foot and multiple pieces of luggage, this was very inconvenient. If it had been clearly stated that parking is off-site, I would have reconsidered booking. The car park also does not allow in-and-out access. Each exit……

“Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine.”

“The staff where absolutely amazing. The cabins are surprisingly quiet even being close to the airport. My only negative was that once the office closed at 4pm there was no way of booking a cabin for that night. I rang at 5.30pm and was told no one was available to supply me with a key. Over my stay I sighted other travelers turning around after 4pm, I have to assume it was because there was no one available to book them in.”
