"This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. Don’t wait and book it, they helped us arrange the tours and transition, you won’t have time to spend at the hotel as the tours are the entire day from early morning till late pm. It is really close to the airport. We are so lucky we booked this property. They are truly amazing "

"Great location and friendly staff. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot water system. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken. However, overall it was a great stay."
