China Ski Hotel

"Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective. Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the

area. Good restaurants...

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...

"早朝フライト利用につき、前泊しましたが、エアポートホテルと言いながら、空港へのシャトルバスもなく、前日にタクシーを予約しましたが、チェックアウト時に慌ててタクシーを呼んでるような、日本人的にはダメなサービスのホテル。次はないですね。"
