" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. "Wonderful place with a wonderful owner. We were here in December and in that time of the year, be prepared to have warm clothes. As in every house around, you wear warm clothes inside as well. No central heating but AC in the rooms. The owner of the place is very helpful and everything can be solved thanks to a translation device/application, good mood and patience. "This is the hardest hotel for me to rate in this trip. The woman who runs it was lovely, and I was offered a free upgrade. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the location couldn’t be better, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. However, I had some issues with the practical side of my stay. Given that visiting the mountain in the park is the main reason people come to this town, more flexibility with check-out would be helpful. The man at reception refused to let me use a bathroom after I had checked out. Also, a family member was smoking inside the reception area, as this is a family-run hotel. Despite the positives, I’m not sure this is the best place to stay if you’re visiting solely for the mountain, which I imagine is the case for most tourists."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The personal butler service was excellent. Our butler helped us arrange park tickets, laundry, and our daily itinerary, which made everything so easy and convenient. The hotel was modern with rooms equipped with latest technology. It was just a short walk to the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Zhangjiajie National Park Nvue Resorts. The location is fantastic—peaceful and relaxed, yet incredibly close to the park’s Middle Gate. Right behind the property, there are lovely walking and hiking paths that lead to scenic rice fields, local coffee shops, and restaurants. At the same time, it is highly convenient for visiting downtown and other top attractions like 72 Qilou and Huanglong Cave. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, serving traditional local Tujia food that you absolutely must try at least once during your stay. What sets this resort apart is the flawless customer service. The staff speaks excellent English, and we were able to seamlessly communicate with them via WeChat both before and during our stay to answer any questions. Since we were only visiting for the weekend, we hired Robert as our park guide for a day. He did an amazing job tailoring the itinerary to our preferences and ensuring we got the full Zhangjiajie experience in a short timeframe. For the rest of the weekend, he went above and beyond acting as our informal concierge—suggesting great local spots to eat and visit, arranging tickets, and offering advice that made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!"

"This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available."
