“住宿環境非常糟糕，門鎖上面的安全栓都斷了，而且還複印我的身分證及信用卡，說隔天退房就會還我們，到了隔天退房的時候老闆很不願意還給我，後來我堅持要拿回來，他才很不甘願的用力拍桌子拿給我們，態度非常差！！以後絕對不可能再來這邊住宿！”

“离印第安纳大学很近的汽车旅馆，有点旧。可能我们去的时候大学放假，所以旅馆没有前台接待，要自助入住，不过我们没有搞明白，给老板打了电话2分钟后人就来了。房间设施已经很旧了，如果只是路过睡觉，要求不高的话，也许可以。没有Wi-Fi，没有早餐。我们感觉不到的是旁边入住的美国人，让我们害怕。”

“Room was nice and clean, and we were notified early that it was ready. Was nice to have a room to sleep in that is not your normal hotel cookie cutter set up. Had a gas fired firepit out front of our room. Nice comfortable bed. This place was a couple minutes' walk to the Nashville House restaurant. You are located close to all the Nashville shops also. Would recommend The Iris Garden Cottages for anyone wanting a change in sleeping arrangements. We stayed in the couple's cottage after seeing……

“Communication, pre-arrival, was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful regarding the area. The room was very clean. The inn is within walking distance of all shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to a fall visit!”

“We were told when we got there that they were moving us from a king room to a double queen room bc my card didn't work when i reserved on expedia. Nobody called to see what was wrong nor to tell me they were moving me. Apparently, there is an original section of the hotel that is old. Our room had a floor lamp that was falling over on the wall. The walls were cracking. The bathtub had hair in it. The bathroom door couldn't close correctly. The view was of a McDonalds and family dollar. The……

“nice staff”

“Do NOT reserve a room here. They are crooked! I only had this room to sleep & take a shower. I used it to bresk up a very long drive. Im the kind of person that cleans up a hotel room when leaving, throwing all trash away,towels in bath tub etc. I had to leave very early next morning. In fact i was only there for 7hrs & was so tired i never even pulled back the sheets on the bed. I left around 8am & was in a hurry to get to my destination. The office was locked. The manager & her family……

“Beautiful furniture, nice overall place, great walking distance to most things in a cute town! Only issue is it advertises two bathrooms and there are NOT two. We brought this up to management. They said they would correct this listing, but it has not been corrected. ”

“Location was good,furniture needed repaired or updated in the living room, the bedroom was nice and clean. However,the bathroom was not clean well,Alot of hair and grit was left on the tub and the toilet was extremely low.”
