“The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality. The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather.”

“Well equipped and clean within a short walk of the sea front, and the city centre maybe just a few hanging points for your jackets to hang…”

“Lovely place to stay very clean good accommodation very quiet everything you need and parking just off from our stay all well lit and clean a shop on site which is well stocked and some lovely areas to walk around only thing I think lets it down is the on sight bar very expensive and food not very good given it’s central position it should pull in people we have booked for September too so looking forward to coming back to Filey lovely place”

“Overall great stay Used as base location and exploring whitby Robins hood bay and Scarborough Will stay again Downside bench right outside the main door bit off putting but apart from that great”

“Cosy private apartment with everything you need plus a few extra touches, the flowers on the table made it very homely. We arrived during a snowstorm and were extremely grateful to be given an unexpected early check in Thank-you very much Peter ”

“Rozanne was a wonderful host and ever so friendly. The house is in a good location, close to everything. The rooms are very big and comfortable.”

“My family and I absolutely loved staying at Bailey's Beach House, everything was to a very high standard. Fully equipped kitchen was high spec and easy to use. The location were really quiet considering the house is near to the amenities. We especially enjoyed all the artwork around the house. Thanks”

“Very well equipped and cosy. Easy access to the town and seafront. Quality bedding and towels. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door. Everything was perfect. It was lovely and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable 4 day stay. Beds were so comfy and clean. We will definitely come back.”

“Gingerbread cottage was a lovely cottage it had everything you needed. However the bay was rather lacking in things for the children to do. For the size of the place the play park was disappointing. The children loved the swimming pool but apart from that there was nothing for them to do. I found it very tired and in need of some upgrading. It felt more like a retirement village than a holiday park.”
