“Cottage room was nice, clean bathroom.
Staff lovely, especially in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, menu order & buffet. Lovely views of golf course.
Great location for seeing the area.
The spa area is poor. Really uninviting & needs a deep clean.”

“Lovely room we stayed in(rye).
Looks like it was a living room in it's past life. Lovely decorations and styling. Loved all the hares! (Not hairs). Really comfy bed.
Dog hairs evident on the sofa and on the floor in some areas though which is is a negative. No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price.”

“Great place 2 mins walk to the beach
Nigel and Simon were very friendly and Simon had 2 of his owls with him, which was a thrill to see!!
Room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
My only gripe was £30 additional cost for our small, non malting dogs.”

“We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps.
On arrival after a day of travelling the Norfolk coast, we found ourselves outside a Bungalow which……
