Hunker down in the cosy sitting room in front of the wood burning stove and large television before cooking up a treat in the fabulous hand-built kitchen. Dine in the pretty garden room with its feature lantern light and open up the french doors on warmer days onto the sheltered rear garden.
A traditional Norfolk winder staircase leads you up to the master bedroom, beautifully styled with sumptuous French linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Upstairs you will also find the bathroom with a corner shower, contemporary free-standing bath and stone wash basin.
Although full of character, this little abode with keep you as warm as toast even in the coldest of winter months as all the windows are double glazed. The fully enclosed rear garden is laid to lawn with a terrace area and to the front there is a further garden laid to lawn, although this is not fully enclosed.
There is an excellent pub (The Gin Trap) just a short walk away from the cottage serving good food, fine ales and a tempting array of 100 gins and there's even a quirky village shop. With endless walking and cycling possibilities along the Peddars Way and across the Ringstead Downs you will just fall in love with this place.

Access Note: The stairs are steep and narrow, typical of local cottages of this era. There are also two internal steps between the kitchen and sitting room, and one into the dining room.
Neighbouring properties have an access path through the garden, but this will not impair your enjoyment of the cottage.
