“We were contacted around the time of check-in and advised we were upgraded from a small queen room to a lovely cottage. The air-conditioning was left on for us and we were surprised with a beautiful complimentary dessert wine. ”

“Spider webs in room corners at floor level, never got the WiFi password asked twice, Water damage to ceiling and the fire alarm went off at 2.00 am in the morning twice within 5 minutes of each burst. The staff were nice and I parked outside my room but a line of pot plants were difficult to maneuver around to get to and from ones car, the pot plants shouldn't be there a massive OH&S issue for guests. Staff were really worried about locking doors and gates which made me & my wife feel……
