Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most.
