“Lovely stay. Cosy tiny house. Great times around the fire (plenty of kindling in the area to collect and use). Fantastic clear view of the stars and satellites (saw my first shooting star!).Visiting kangaroos and great birdlife (lots of the threatened Grey-Crowned Babbler, plus the Noisy friarbird).Great to have a flushing toilet in this Tiny House (last one we stayed at had a compostable toilet and that was actually fine too). The listing and internal signage might need a clearer warning not to……

“We stayed at Serenity Estate for a long weekend getaway for dad’s birthday! We were 8 adults and 2 babies - very spacious with multiple living rooms so it’s easy to be with a large group but still enjoy your own space. The place was immaculate and very clean. We loved spending time outside under the covered outdoor area. We brought with us some outdoor lawn games and there is plenty of space to enjoy them! The spa is also HUGE so very comfortably fits everyone in and the area is very peaceful……

“Property was in a prime location close to amenities and wineries. Hosts were great to deal with and offered help with local information. An excellent place to stay and enjoy the Hunter Valley area.”

“7 older ladies thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Bluebush Cottage. We absolutely loved having our own en-suites. There were so many places to sit, eat, drink and talk. We loved sitting outside having drinks (of locally sourced wine) and nibbles before dinner looking at the gorgeous roses, vines, kangaroos and lovely sunsets. Would definitely recommend this cottage for large groups of friends or family there was so much space.”

“Reasonably priced for the size with comfortable beds. Some issues: *expected to pay via a third party site link. There was no communication about this until the day of check in when I asked for the code. Found a workaround by going to their other business and paying in person but very frustrating when booking on WOTIF to not be paying via the platform and this not being communicated at the time of booking. I would not have booked this property if I was aware that the payment was not going……

“We had a great stay at this property. The location made it easy to get around and explore the area. The house was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, so cooking was hassle-free. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a relaxing stay.”

“Good and new kitchen and bathrooms. Each room has AC, made us cooling during the hot weekend. But old furniture, small bedrooms, low quality beds and mattresses. We felt dust and itchy during the nights and couldn’t sleep well.”
