“Very clean comfortable accommodation for us. Close to a wonderful diner for breakfast and close to our families home in Pennsburg. Would book this again on future family trips here.”

“The 2 bedroom apartment is absolutely perfect for a getaway. The pictures are 100% accurate and it’s such a quaint little place. Has everything you would need for your stay. Beds are super comfortable and the bedrooms are a good size. The breakfast downstairs at Haddie Mae’s was absolutely delicious as well. It’s located in a prime location if you are visiting Peddlers Village. We will definitely be returning and hope to stay here again. Thanks for everything Jeff.”

“The house was very cute. Tastefully decorated. The host did reach out and let us know that if we needed anything to reach out. With that being said, there are couple improvements i think that would help. 1. The house had a VERY musty smell. I realize its an old house but the smell is overpowering. May some potpourri or plug ins.”

“The property is in a great location and very close to downtown. It is nice that it is hidden behind some other buildings, preventing direct street noise and providing some privacy. I never had an issue finding street parking and the parking garage is very close.”

“Perfect place for a quick trip.”

“Great stay. Apartment location was perfect. Very walkable. We chose to park in the 4th Street parking garage which felt safe and was an easy walk and was less costly then metered street parking. We did have some trouble finding the entrance to the building but Oscar was responsive and helpful. What I wasn't expecting was 40 steep stairs to get up to the apartment. This would have been nice to know from the listing as we were traveling with 3 small children (for the crayola experience)……

“Great location. Clean and well stocked. We will be back!”

“Overall a great place to stay in Allentown. The place is well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We ended up parking on the street as parking behind the building was a bit confusing to understand precisely where to park. You do have to pay to park on the street every day except Sunday. The owner of Gems and Joe was very kind and informative regarding the area. This is so much nicer than a hotel and so much more comfortable.”
