「This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was flawless and our stay was an absolute 10/10 from top to bottom. Keep in mind this property does have stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms, but the double railings made it a breeze for my elderly parents. 「Clean quiet mother in law type unit attached to the main dwelling. The hosts were friendly and attentive to any needs, of which there were very few. Fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, butter, English muffins and bagels. Also beer and some juice. Fresh fruit on the table. We had a wonderful stay.」

「Right across from Smith, this very cute place housed myself and 2 college age kids. The kitchenette and amenities were perfect and the air mattress for 3rd guest was very comfortable. 15 miles nute’s walk into town and a safe, great area .」

「We used this space for a work retreat to edit a film. It was clean, and spacious and reasonably quiet, and suited our needs well. My only critique would be that it smelled quite strongly of something like moth balls or similar. I'm personally a fan of places that are clean, but do not have strong cleaning or air fresherner smells, as I can be quite allergic to some of them.」

The unit itself was in suitable condition. There were stains on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered (assuming this was from a previous customer), all amenities were in working condition. 「Nice spot for one or two people. Part of an office complex but comfortable. I didn't have any issues with the shared bathroom as I was off all day. Nice location. Everything in town is walkable from here.」

「We love Tanglewood and wanted to stay for the James Taylor concert over the 4th. this was a terrific place for us and another couple. Lots of room! we enjoyed playing cards and eating out on the deck. the awning came in handy when it started to sprinkle. it is a quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes to Tanglewood. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was spacious and ideal. The house is on the older side but we found it charming. The ACs worked well to keep us cool.」

We spent the majority of our time on the wonderful screened-in porch. The location was great and there was a little store/restaurant only a couple minutes walk up the street that was convenient and the food was really good! Overall, a great place to stay!」
