Charming cottage in eclectic Sunset Beach, California. Out the front door and across the street you're on the sand in one of Orange County's finest beaches, celebrated in Beach Boys songs

Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to two children, the cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper-sofa in the front room. Loveable kitchen fulfills all your cooking needs.

Rare in Sunset Beach, the house has a 20' by 20' outdoor space, grill and outdoor shower.

The house has one reserved parking spot right in front of the house by the front gate. In addition, Sunset Beach has two rows of public parking running the entire mile of the town.

Great Little Beach House with immediate access to the beach!
This place was great! We are DEFINITELY coming back time and time again. We often stay at beach properties, but this one is definitely one of our favorites now! Convenience everywhere from easy access to the beach, convenient store and grocery stores are only about an 8 minute drive away!

Perfect Spot!
Adorable house, great location, had all the amenities we needed. You can tell there's been a lot of love and care put into the property. We ended up extending our stay an additional day because we did not want to leave. This property, and the proximity to the ocean, made for one of our most relaxing vacations. 5 stars. Would definitely return.

Excellent home by the beach!
Bob was very helpful and accommodating to a check in error that i found after the fact was me not reading through the instructions thoroughly. Great little Beach home. Beach was only 42 steps away accessed by a pathway that was right beside the house Bed was Comfy, all linens clean and house was properly stocked with all you would expect and more. Perfect size for 2 ppl in the master and 1 on the sleeper sofa. Proximity was great for getting to Anaheim; about 25-30 min away from angels stadium Airport was just a little more than that during non rush hour. good proximity to restaurants, walking distance to corner store. Parking was great (close by and free). Neighborhood felt safe. Would stay again.

Adorable getaway cottage
This was my second stay at the property, and if I'm ever in Sunset Beach again, I'll stay here. Perfect for a couple that wants a snug spot. The beach is RIGHT there. I love having access to kitchen to heat up leftovers. Highly recommended!

Adorable cottage by the ocean in Sundet Beach
The property is even more wonderful in person! Very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee and convenience stores close by. The home itself is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all you could need plus a very comfy bed/soft linens. Did I mention it's right across the street from the beach?

Home Away from Home
Adorable, cozy cottage right by a quiet beach. Our family felt right at home as soon as we entered the front door. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby for high convenience. The neighborhood was friendly and clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
