“We booked this house largely becasue of the online photos of the pool and spa. we were not disappointed. The back yard and pool area is lovely. We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls. The home is starkly furnished, not a lot of extra rugs and pillows and decor, etc. But that makes keeping it clean easy. “We stayed with Tim for 4 days while we visited family and went to Disneyland. The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!”

“I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. Our kids had fun at the Tongva Park which is also a short walk away. Thank you……

“When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!”

“There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!”
