「Tried to contact the host numerous times but got no response. I’m not even sure how to begin this rating, as I look at all the ratings for each property before I book. There was no indication that this property had any issues, so I booked our Christmas vacation in Long Beach. Accessibility to this property was complicated. The locks on both the back door and front door were very shaky at best. The lockbox to get the key for the gate was difficult… so much so that I couldn’t put the key back in...

「This was my second stay here and it was just as amazing as the first! Very clean place, quiet neighborhood, parking literally steps away from the door is a HUGE bonus. Host responds fairly quickly and is very sweet! Check in was very easy and quick no issues at all. WiFi is also a bonus but seemed to work fairly spotty in the bedroom but worked amazing in the living room!Although I didn’t use the kitchen much it is well equipped and enough room to make a quick meal.
