"This home was great. The kitchen and bedroom options were perfect. Outdoor area was really serene and it was extremely close to our event venue! Sayville is nearby for all the cute restaurants and coffee shops. Would recommend for a group. Enough space for everyone to hang out together and separate when space is needed!"

"Pros: We thought the pool was awesome and well heated, kids spent a lot of time playing in and around the pool. There were also many things for the kids to play inside the house - some toys, game console, etc. and in the backyard - trampoline, tricycle etc. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and close to the marina for fishing, boating and bicycle path. "4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay."
