"the last room I booked for 2 days, I paid 175.90 for two days. i checked in at 2am after driving for 2 days and haven't showered, Room 340 ( mind you I spend over 2k a month here) when I got to my room it was under construction... shower controls were on the counter, shower rod on bed.. I booked the room for the reason o hadn't shower for two days.. Called JC sorry nothing we can do o well.. I'm owed 200.00 in deposits from the last month .. so now I'm owed 475.00 I want my money "

"Hotel really needs a refresh. Things were “clean” but in poor condition, which makes them look and seem dirty. Tub was stained, plumbing fixtures had been re-caulked many times and in a sloppy way, there was a black thing hanging out of the bathroom faucet every time the water was turned on. The lighting in the rooms is also very bad- cold and fluorescent."
