Our son slept on a cot with a mattress that they store under the queen bed. It was fine. The only thing I would improve is adding a split ac unit instead of a window unit. It worked well but the window was always slightly a jar. Not as secure as we’d like. We didn’t keep any valuables on premises due to the window needing...
