Master (King Bed) is on the south end (walk in closet) and guest bedrooms are on the north end (divided by the hall).

About 70% of our bookings are traveling working groups. Some have stayed as long as one year.

Kitchen, den and eat in areas are in the middle of the property. All wood and stone flooring.

All bedrooms and den have large flatscreen TVs. Super great all home Wi-Fi. Fireplace. Fantastic open concept.

Both baths have tub/shower combo’s. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and den plus dining area.

Recently added double sliding glass door to deck. Deck is about 30ft x 16ft and has outdoor furniture and flying triangles for shade.

Two car garage is oversized and there are two clickers. Lots of concrete for parking.

Entry door has pushbutton code/deadbolt, no need for keys. Den and eat in areas have vaulted ceiling.

I am spending a large amount monthly for the very best package possible of all home Wi-Fi/cable. The Wi-Fi signal is pinging 226 up and 26 down!

The neighborhood is super nice. Check the five star reviews. Not so many due to the length of stay (one year) for most.
