“Absolutely wonderful! We cannot say enough about how amazing this motel is. It’s perfectly located right on the water with amazing views from every single room! The room itself was spotless, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. They provide everything you could possibly need, including high-quality shampoo and amenities. There are plenty of towels and extra touches that make the stay perfect. We will definitely be back!”

“Very average stay. Expectations were met with no frills. Room decor was dated and the bed was somewhat hard. We didn't encounter any issues. Complimentary breakfast was minimal.”

“I booked a double-bed room with a private bathroom, but when I checked in around 10 p.m., I discovered the bathroom was shared with unknown guests in another room and, unbelievably, it had no door lock. The bathroom was terrible: the showerhead looked over 50 years old and sprayed water unpredictably, the shower area was too small for a six-foot person, and the sink inside the room drained extremely slowly. The lodge even provides earplugs because it is so noisy. Reception said no……

“The hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. The room was musty and smelled. When I took a shower there was barely any water pressure, plus the towels smelled like used fryer grease from McDonalds. I will not be returning.”

“The rooms have been renovated and updated and look nice. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Roxanne was extremely helpful and actually gave me freezer space to keep my medical cooler frozen! She is just super nice! They have everything you need and a decent continental breakfast. Very comfortable and welcoming. The one opportunity I see is to have a full length mirror in your rooms.”

“The outside carpet is not regularly vacuumed. 3-days. The glass of the closet door was cracked. The shower couldn’t be turned off completely. Drip, drip! The bathtub stopper was broken and didn’t work. The coffee machine appeared unclean as was removed from any electrical outlet. The male staff were short and rude when answering the phone and always hung up quickly without saying “Goodbye!” The ladies in the office were very pleasant face-to-face. The place just looks old and rundown. ……

“Dead bugs and cobwebs all over the room, feels and smells damp. Didn't feel safe at all as 2 young women. The one lock on the door offers zero real security. There's gaps all around the doors. I Paid almost $400 for two nights but only stayed for one hour. I asked for a partial refund on my way out and the manager said I would have to contact Expedia (which sounded like BS since I didn't pay through Expedia). Expedia contacted them to ask for a refund and then the manager denied it.”
