Family friendly home with everything you will need. We loved the pool and the close proximity to Quail Creek Reservoir. Beautiful sunsets and scenry. Property managers are good communicators and very responsive. Will recommend this property!!

Great stay in Hurricane

We enjoyed this house with a pool in Hurricane. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. It was a short distance to two state parks (Sand Hollow and Quail) and a bit farther to Zion, all of which we visited. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. The garage was surprisingly large and clean. The only suggestion I have is to have an additional fridge/freezer in the garage as the fridge is a tad small for a party of 12. We loved it and would love to come back someday.

Beck Summer Vacay

We loved that the pool and hot tub were connected, so you didn’t have to get out. We couldn’t get the app to connect to the pool, but management was good to work with us over the phone to try and get everything working. The house, and rooms were clean. The kids loved the room with the cave. We swam a lot, went hunting for lizards, rode scooters around the block. We ordered mountain mikes pizza, everyone liked it. One pizza was gluten free, and it was so good. We went to Green Iguana that was a win with everyone (they also had gluten free options) Yogurtland, and Nielsens Frozen Custard. We cooked a nice spaghetti dinner and Barbecued at the house. It was a perfect place for our family!!

Friendsgiving

The property location was great for riding razors straight from the house! Neighborhood clean and quiet, we were called into the city by a neighbor for leaving a truck & trailer on the street while we went riding and had 30 min to get it moved before they would request the city to have it towed. We never did get the pool fixed but our friend got it working for us so we could use it. It was difficult to get Matt the co owner of the company to respond in a timely manner, but the house was clean and organized for us.

Desert heaven

The home was great, very spacious and well equipped. They even had a crock pot! great location near sand hollow although we didn’t really leave as we enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much. Thanks for a great stay!

Very spacious. Clean, safe neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Location convenient to a wedding we attended in Washington. The pool was a hit. Upstairs bedrooms got stuffy in the lat afternoon and stayed warm through the night. The onsite fan helped n one bedroom but the other bedrooms were uncomfortably warm at night. Wifi was very slow. We used data and our iPhones as the wifi because that provided much faster speed. Overall...a wonderful stay.

Lights were broken on pool and hot tub, it made the planned evening entertaining a problem. I had to entertain guests off site as ir was too dark. If that would have not been a problem the only other issue would have been figuring out how to control of the hot tub with app.

Sand hollow stay

Many problems with this house, #1 pool and spa app to turn on and off, did not work, host would not fix. #2 dryer did not work, again host would not fix, #3 fire alarm had dead battery contantly beeping, we put new battery in. #4 no toilet paper, we had to buy it. #5 its obivious neighbors do not like this vrbo, they constantly call in complaints.

Large groups

You should supply more paper towels and dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. We would have had more towels washed if more detergent was available. Other than that everything was perfect. One other thing there were 2 chairs one lounge chair and wooden chair that were broken. You should either throw them away or replace for more outside sitting.
