"If there’s something I can’t stand is being treated rudely. The man at the desk when I checked in was not friendly at all! Customer service is a must at any business and it definitely was not there. Room was great but will consider a different location next time I’m in Dallas."

"I was able to check in 2 hours early which kicked off the stay in such a nice way. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Toyota Music Factory which is across the street. Would definitely stay again if I come back again for a performance."

"The reins and hotel are very old. They have new bedding and a painting but everything else is very worn. Also I the car price to leave shows $6 per day. I even called to double check it was the correct price. When I got there they said it was $10 a day and would not honor the price it shows on Expedia. They said they do not work with Expedia in the parking price."
