“Room was not very clean. I understand being a dog friendly hotel but the room smelled very bad like dog and there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the sink. I also washed a cockroach down the drain in the shower. Not our typical Hampton Inn experience. Would not choose to stay at this hotel again. The staff were very friendly.”

“The hotel was okay. The only issue was the AC unit that was making really loud noises that sounded like birds, we couldn’t sleep because of that.”

“The hotel had a "come on" saying that I had to subscribe to Hilton Honors marketing program before I could access the wifi so my iPad was useless. The staff contradicted this, but it still wouldn't work”

“The property is great and all workers are wonderful. The only downside is some of the people staying there are absolute “clowns” to say the least. They allow their children to run around in the room well past midnight and don’t care about any of the other guest. Classic entitlement syndrome but that should not reflect poorly on the employees so I still give 5-stars.”

“I'm not the type to write a negative review but this place has definitely deteriorated in the past 4 years since last staying here and over the past twenty years of staying here off and on. I even remember when this hotel was originally built and opened. I felt concerned with my safety with some of the people staying here.. or actually living here in what seems long term. This place was rundown. The bathroom ceiling was dripping down water from above and I'm sure with the bubbling of the plaster……
