“It is one of the better hotels in the city, however it can be quite expensive. As a Taj property it does offer the excellent hospitality that you get at any Taj. However as a hotel, it is a little underwhelming. Compared to other Taj hotels the decor is almost non existent in rooms so when you immediately walk into the room it does feel a little cheap. However the bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu for you to get exactly what you need for a good nights sleep.”

“When we booked this hotel the assumption of it being a 'Hilton-quality' hotel weighed heavily on the decision. Even though we knew this was a 'second brand' for the Hilton group in India, we didn't expect it to be so thoroughly average in it's infra and facilities. “There are lot of improvement that can come , quality of towels very poor, more training session need to be imparted to the housekeeping to keep an eye as to what is needed , they should definitely look into the mosquitos in the lobby. “Stayed here recently for two nights while the Cricket was on. All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful, the hotel is modern and our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel had a driver that did our Airport transfers which was arranged previously without any issues. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant that is very good and there is all you could want at breakfast time. Would recommend if you are staying in Lucknow. ”
