"Really fun little hotel, with super helpful staff, who took care of our every need. The larger rooms on the first floor are really great, with a bathtub in the room and nice decor. We did have a night in a second floor room also- just a bit small for us- we’ve been traveling for a while so have more stuff than someone on a weekend away- though still lovely decor and nice and quiet. We used this hotel as a base to explore the area of Friesland and were really happy with the choice."

"Enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! It was the perfect place for our extended family to stay as each bedroom had an en suite. It was very clean and well stocked. Great location on the canal with restaurants and grocery store an easy walk."

"The cute house boat is in a calm area, super close to the supermarket, which is perfect. Also, the city center is reachable and within two minutes by foot, also nice restaurants, etc..The boat was super well equipped, and everything was nicely decorated and felt very cozy. There was even an air fryer.Space is a bit tight for clothing, but we worked it out. A washing machine would be great, but there is definitely not no space for that on the boat anymore.Mosquitoes are quite a topic in the evening, so keep the windows closed when the light is on inside. We didn’t try the canoe, but we did standup paddling with the boards that belong to the boat and that was perfect and thanks for giving us the opportunity to use them. There were even also board games to play, as I said very well equipped.We can definitely recommend the house boat. For there is also a lot to do in the area.. even Amsterdam is only one and a half hours drive… we had some nice recommendations from Annette and a very nice welcome. She answered all the questions we had beforehand and was very helpful and nice. Thanks a lot and enjoy your houseboat further!Kind regards Susanne and family"

"Insgesamt ein gemütliches Hausboot in ruhiger Lage. Leider sehr wenig Stauraum, aber für 3 Nächte okay.- Parkplatz direkt am Haus- Grillplatz/Terrasse an Land okay- Dusche groß genug, Bad insgesamt sehr klein - Beide Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Boxspringbetten ausgestattet, aber sehr klein. Wenig Platz für Klamotten. Insektenschutz vorhanden. Bei Hitze muss man die Türen auflassen, damit ein leichter Luftzug entsteht zwischen Dachfenster und Terrassentür.- Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küche passende Größe und schön eingerichtet. Insektenschutz vorhanden. Küchenausstattung okay. Kühlschrank relativ groß und mit kleinem Eisfach.- Terrasse des Hausboots gute Größe und Möbel für 4 Personen. Trittleiter ins Wasser.- Großer Supermarkt genau gegenüber."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem kleinen See und es ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Einziges Manko von unserer Seite war die fehlende Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft und die Möglichkeit nasse Badesachen auf zu hängen. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits vom Urlaubertrubel, was uns aber entgegen kam. Entfernung zum schönen Enkhuizen ist mit dem Rad auf dem Deich entlang etwa eine halbe Stunde. Mit dem Auto zum Strand an der Nordsee ist es etwa eine drei Viertel Stunde ebenso nach Amsterdam. Andijk selbst bietet aber auch gute Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen und zu trinken. Besonders hübsch fanden wir das Eetcafe und das Restaurant am Hafen. Der Einkaufsmarkt mit Bäcker und Fleischer ist per Rad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Fahrradverleih in Andijk hatte leider keine Kinderfahrräder in der Vermietung. Im Nachbarort Onderdijk sind wir dann aber fündig geworden. Besten Dank für den entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
