"The staff was nice. Pool doesn't work, tv does not work, you pay extra for parking and for them to clean your room. You are honestly better off paying extra to stay at the Sheraton. "

"Everything was good except they don't really specify about the hot tub rooms they show that you have a view in that room which we did not we were told we would have to pay 150.00 more to have that! But nothing tells you that when you book the room! The pictures they show have a view looking at the falls from the hot tub. Our first room the rails on the little fence out the view door rattled so much it felt like a freight train running through our room didn’t get much sleep. They did give us a new room with a front on view of the falls but the jacuzzi was still in the bathroom with no view! And thats when we found out those rooms cost 150.00 more a might! It was a very nice hotel and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. In my opinion it is the best hotel with views of the falls! And pretty centrally located to most attractions! I would recommend it to our friends and would stay there again but not pay extra to stay in a hot tub room!"

"The first room I had with a jacuzzi had brown water, we were upgraded but I had a male staff member yell at me to move where I was smoking instead of being polite about it, I stayed there before and where I was wasn't an issue and the aggressiveness towards my partner and I wasnt needed.."
