"The first room I checked into had the bathtub faucet tour completely out. They got us another room. We asked for sheets for the pull out bed and we were given a pillow, a top sheet and a blanket, no bottom sheet, and they only had one pillow they could give us. The heater in the room did not work at all and the temperature got to 40 degrees outsideWhile swimming in the swimming pool, one of the staff went into our room, looking for extra towels, because apparently the hotel did not have enough towels for all of the guest. The hot tub was full of some type of grit. It felt like somebody poured a bucket of sand into it. The breakfast was horrible. We were there early and they were out of almost everything. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Lovely view of the mountains, very friendly and proficient staff, great location for restaurants and shopping. Only challenge was the towels were very rough and scratchy."

"Room was fair , but had old stinky carpet probably from the first business, could hear traffic from freeway. TV had limited channels. Had to pay a twenty dollar deposit , staff said it should be returned 4 to 5 days, haven't seen it yet ! So beware of false promises."
