“There was a toilet upstairs and downstairs and an extra sink upstairs! The unit fit 6 of us comfortably! ”

“施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。”

“The home was close to everything and it was clean and roomy for everyone (2adults and 3 kids).. We went to Skytree tower and hung out there a few times, and Kinshicho station had all of what we needed, a very big station! Very accessible to all the rest of Tokyo, and even has a direct train to Kamakura. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. We wished there were more dishes, but with a Daiso nearby, that was quickly fixed. The owner was quick to respond to us and was very accommodating to our……

“We stayed one night after our arrival to Narita Airport. This location is one stop away by JR train. Google maps provided walking instructions from the station to the hotel. It is in a neighborhood next to train tracks. I wasn't bothered by train noise overnight, but that could have been due to how exhausted I was. Staff didn't seem to speak English but the check in process included some prepared cards that I read and agreed to. They have free coffee, tea, and breads available in the morning.……

“The property is so clean and easily accessible by subway and we also used UbersIt is nice to have 3 separate shower rooms and 3 toilet closets so groups can get ready quickly. Coming to Tokyo for the first time I wasn't sure where to stay- I would maybe stay closer to more of the tourist attractions but the value was unmatched and we had an easy time getting anywhere we needed by subway. And The AC units are all amazing and we slept really well. Thank you! ”
