"The hotel is very clean and quiet. We got a corner room which was the end of the hallway that makes it very quiet. Our plan included breakfast which I enjoyed so much. Good variety and fresh food, although it remained pretty much the same for 3 days. Having onsen onsite was amazing and felt so good after walking so much all day in Disney. The additional cost for onsen was a bit surprising. But we got a great deal on our stay so I was willing to pay for the onsen. The shuttle was very convenient, the staff was all super nice. Family Mart is in the building but the big one is right around the corner as well. The big shopping malls by the station, also about 7 mins walking to the other end. There are so many dining options! Thank you so much, we enjoyed staying there so much. Will be back! "

"They provided excellent customer service and have a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately, i did leave something behind and didn't realize it until i got home in the United States. Not sure if they threw it away but it's fine if they did since i left it behind. I would recommend this hotel and would go again when i do come back to Japan!!"

"This hotel has exceeded my expectation and become the best hotel experience I have ever had. The location was convenient, it’s close to the metro station. It’s located in a peaceful residential area so you feel homey. The room is small but it’s extremely functional that it has everything you need. The amenities are in great condition. Everything works extremely well there, from the shower, to sink to air conditioner to refrigerator and etc. There is a laundry room downstairs so you can wash your clothes with ease. Because how comfortable the hotel made us feel, by the end of the week, we felt like home there. We will def come back here and will highly recommend the hotel to anyone. "
