"Nice staff with limited or no english. Breakfast is a set japanese breakfast - its fine but you have no choice on what to eat. The breakfast may just be the style for the area and type of hotel. Funabashi is not very touristy so the accomodations available are to be expected. Does not seem to have been updated since the 90s other than the elevator and bathrooms. It might be interesting to stay at if you want a more local hotel experience. "

"Lovely for the price. The variety of pillow firmness was nice. Overall it was very clean though we needed to circulate the air a bit when we arrived. Host was pleasant and the check in/out process was easy. The lack of elevator was unfortunate but the good points far outweigh the bad. Overall great experience. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location, price, and proximity to Tokyo Disney are unbeatable. The room was cleaned by staff to excellent condition but the window of our room was poorly maintained. There was mold growing under the window sealant. The sealant should be replaced. The sealant was also broken in some areas, leading to moisture buildup into the room. My wife was feeling sick every morning because of the musty condition. The moisture issue needs to be fixed."

"The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea is very convenient. The checking in and out process were very smooth. There were a lot of options for the breakfast buffet. They could improve on cleaning the rooms/tidying up the bed though. Overall, we loved our stay! "

"Great cheap location thats close to the Tokyo Disney parks will definitely stay here again Only complaint is the room carpets were a bit rough nothing not super bad but definitely older besides that was excellent Also breakfast was excellent and a nice surprise didnt realize it was included when we booked it"
