Was ideal location for what was required by us as station just across road. Lawsons attached to hotel which was ideal for evening snacks.staff very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a great room! We stayed for the Disney portion of our trip, it was a 2 minute walk from the station, had a convenience store in it and a great take out place and another convenience store within 5 minutes. There’s a great grocery store at the train station as well. Great location and comfortable hotel!

Small rooms but expected in Tokyo. Still a large single bed, bathroom with tub, bar fridge and desk so plenty of room even if compact. Comfy beds - not too hard. Onsite onsen was amazing. Close to transport.

This was a great place to stay! Only a 4 minute walk from the train and only a 15 minute ride to the Disney Parks! The room was clean and had everything you needed. If you have tattoos, you won’t be able to go into the onsen.

Booked here as a convenient but affordable hotel for Disneyland. Right across from JR station and some convenience stores/dining options nearby, with a Lawson attached to the hotel. Typical APA rooms - small but clean. Hallways have strangely low ceilings but room ceilings are normal. Microwave and cold/water machines are each floor.

Good locaton

It's located right in front to the station, it's three stops away from Tokyo station, and a few minutes from Daiba. The room was clean and with enough space. Only downside, there was a slight smell of smoke when we arrived.

My showerhead was broken. When hung up in its cradle it would spurt water out of the top. Their driers took a lot longer to dry clothes than usual I spent about an hour and a half using their machines and my clothes were still damp Room was great staff were amazing amenities were top-notch as was the spa

I love how friendly the staff was and how high the standard was for their customer service, top notch. The only down side to this hotel and other hotels around the area, is how small their rooms are. It’s comfortable for one person but definitely doesn’t give you enough space for two people to enjoy for a few days. Overall a great hotel for a decent price.

This was probably the smallest hotel room I have rented. Bathroom was so small you couldn't even lift your hands above your head. Everything was fine: clean and tidy.

This hotel is very convenient and inexpensive for staying in Shiomi and it's comfortable but as usual sort of small. But the vacuuming in the rooms is poor. They never must use an edger wand because there's tons of dust and crumbs around all the furniture and edges of the rooms.

Clean and nice hotel, location not so convenient, not much near by, howevere is rooght by Metro station, little train noise, very restricted as far as check in and check out times. I was there 2 hours early they wanted additional 50% of my room rate to check in and give my room.

The single room was really well organised and lovely. We stayed 2 weeks and loved the room with air conditioning and good bathroom. The hotel is 3 stops out of Tokyo (Shiomi) and a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There is a small ‘corner shop’ at the hotel which was useful. Th hotel supply toothpaste toothbrush razor everyday. I shall miss it! Not being able to check in until 3pm was a bit of a bind. The computer self check in was complicated but the staff were very helpful.

It's a decent hotel. It has the disadvantage of being a big chain so the service didn't feel as welcoming as smaller hotels. That being said it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and there were decent amenities. My one big problem is that the laundry machines were in the changing room of the public bath. It was inconvenient having to deal with the rules of the public bath when I simply wanted to do a wash. It's really only worth it if it's the cheaper option.

The room was very compact and efficiently designed. It had all of my desired amenities except one (a safe). It was very conveniently located to my reason for being in that part of Tokyo - which was to be close to the Tokyo Disney parks. It offered free access to Japanese bath plus the necessary accoutrements (a yakuta) but sadly I didn't have the energy to indulge given my long days at the Disney parks. But this pwrk does raise it above many other facilities. I would stay here again were I to return to the Tokto Disney parks.
