“House was clean inside and very pleasant to hang out in. Guests need more control of A/C. Home needs a coffee grinder. Perhaps a couple softer pillows. But besides that, we would stay again. Thank you”

“Older property needing upgrading. Appears to be a work in progress. Very roomy, but minimally furnished; such as large living room with only one sofa, no other seating in the room…bring some chairs with you if you need a place to sit. Large master bathroom, but lacks a toilet paper holder. No nightstands in the master bedroom. Didn’t realize we needed to check on those kind of things before booking, just expected them to be there. Will inquire further before any future booking. The price……

“What a beautiful house with a view! The host Trent was so very nice and fast on the communication. The house was big, beautiful, clean, with plenty of space, and the ac worked great! If ever I am in Lubbock again my family and I will be staying there. ”

“This home was perfect for accomodating us while we packed up and moved our kids from TTU. The covered parking and long driveway gave us room to park our truck and trailer. The house was inviting and equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling through Lubbock!”

“We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. ”

“First of all the host was so nice, letting our yorkie stay as well. And the neighborhood was very nice, we all felt safe!! The house was so clean and big enough for all our family. The rooms were big and the restroom we perfect. I loved the bathtub. I would definitely go back. ”

“While in town visiting family for the holidays we quite enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and we appreciated the game room amenities as well. The kitchen is always a natural gathering spot during holidays, and this one does not disappoint. It had a dining table and den seating where everyone could spread out but still be close enough to enjoy our time together. The beds were comfy, lots of space to relax and enjoy family time. Would love to come back in warmer months and enjoy the……
