Enjoy a stylish experience at this updated home. It has the perfect location when visiting Lubbock for its attractions, museums, and exciting Texas-Tech sporting events. You’re close to Lubbock's best restaurants and shopping, Texas-Tech campus, and University Medical Center.
The space:
This house has 2 bedrooms, a king and a queen, each equipped with their own smart Tv. Free Wifi across the home, along with a work desk for those working from home. You'll have parking space in the private driveway as well as street parking. The house has many amenities to make your stay feel like a home away from home!
On game days, feel free to walk to the game! (0.9 miles) A 17 minute walk is all it takes from door to stadium!
**The washer/dryer are set to be installed on 8/19**

Free cable is provided through the YouTubeTv app, which is on every smart TV.

Do not be deceived by the pictures. The house is a shack from the outside and it is in a horribly run down neighborhood. Upon entering the house we immediately got hit with the overwhelming smell of marijuana. The entire house smelled horrible. While walking through the house we noticed how dirty the house was. The floors had not been moped they were extremely dirty. On top of that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There was still pee stains on the toilet from the last renters, the soap dispenser had a long black curly hair right on the top of it ( that I almost touched trying to wash my hands) and worst of all there was a huge hair ball in the bottom of the shower from the last renters. We went to sit down on the couch and got an overwhelming smell of urine. The house was discussing. I immediately reached out to the host to see if he could send someone over to clean the house with no answer from him. So I tried to call him still no answer. I then called Verbo and even they could not reach him. It took over and hour for him to finally get back to me. He sent someone over but all they cleaned was the toilet. Not the floors or the shower or anything else. I tried reaching back out to him again 3 more times. But, he failed to ever respond back to me the entire weekend. This host is horrible he cares nothing about his renters or there comfort while staying at his house. He is the epitome of slum lord. He care about nothing more than collecting your money.
