“Absolutely gorgeous hotel, lovely pool area with access to the private beach. Great location. Only thing that could be improved was the bathroom in the hotel room - shower wasn’t great and temperature kept changing by itself. Apart from that the hotel is stunning and would definitely come back to stay again.”

“Amazing hotel , staff amazing , quality of rooms was excellent . There is major construction outside and it’s very noisy . I contacted Expedia and explained this should be on the website. This is not the hotels fault and they where very simpathetic But there was nothing they could do . The building started at 7 am even on weekends. I would for sure stay again but the building work would need to be completed.👍 ”

“I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed by how old the mattresses and furniture were. Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation.”

For a hotel charging luxury rates, the local staff were consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and at times came across as vindictive when we raised concerns or asked for assistance. The property itself is beautiful, but hospitality matters—and unfortunately the staff experience overshadowed the setting. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to travelers expecting warm, professional……

“So welcoming and accommodating from the late pickup at the parking lot to the entire stay and drop off back to the car. From the beginning they stayed in touch helping to make sure I found my way to the right parking lot and it was pretty late check in so I was grateful. The chef stayed a bit later to make a meal for me before I went up to my room for the night understanding I had just arrived and came from a bit far away. “The property really focuses on health and wellness. The food is all nutritious and healthy and a good variety of options for their breakfast. The rooms are fairly large and ours had a pull up bar. They give you water bottles to use and have water dispensers throughout the hotel which was such a nice touch. The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to maintain a routine, it’s a great option. The area itself is near a marina but it’s most high mall like shopping.……
