「Everywhere within the hotel are spotless clean. The room is superb. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. I paid for the place and could not gain access because host was complaining that they don’t get payout on time from Expedia so they advise I cancel and pay cash but I already paid and I was denied access but yet to receive my refund.
