「This was a great little spot. We only had one night here before heading up to Brisbane but would happily have stayed longer. The rooms were good sizes, beds were comfortable, shower pressure was amazing. A short stroll up the road to some yummy eateries and a supermarket. There was a bit of noise- friday night so thats probably expected, but other than that I cant really fault it.」

「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

「We stayed for 3 nights and on each morning we’d turn on the indicator requesting the room to be cleaned. No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. And even so the toilet was left uncleaned, the coffee cups were not washed, coffee pods not refilled. There were rust stains on the bathroom door, room not well maintained. The carpark smelled strongly of urine and unknown droplets of liquid dripped from the...

「Overall the service is good」

「The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time. P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect.」
