“The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.”

“What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. “Owner was very accomodating, has good wifi, has cooked food, and store also has beer liquor etc. The room toilet got clogged up but good thing there was a toilet room outside. The aircon was old and dripped during the wee hours of the morning.”

“Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einfache Hotel ist in ein sehr guten Zustand. Gemeinsames Aufenthaltsraum und Küche ist sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur. Das Hotel ist in 1. Stock, deswegen nicht geeignet für Leute die mit Gehbehinderung.”
