“Beautiful home perfectly appointed and in a great location. The property had so many amenities. Pool, library, gym, tiki bar and many others.”

“As we wrapped up our stay at Ken's property, we sat and discussed what could have been better. We were all in agreement that this property met every need my wife, daughter & I had. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, located in a beautiful area. The kitchen appliances met our needs and the bedding was excellent. The grounds on the complex are top notch. The pool area is another positive. We have traveled for many years and are somewhat particular. With that said, we highly recommend……

“The check in process was fairly simple, we had a hiccup but it was rectified quickly. The house is a lovely property in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area. A couple of cons, it is very noisy in the pool area due to the proximity to a very heavily traveled noisy main thoroughfare. Hard to have a conversation at times. The furniture in the house is worn and stained but I do get it is a rental but it could use some updating as can the overhead……

“This was an adequate accommodation for us for our stay. About equidistant from Naples and Marco Island, it provided good access to both. The decoration was IKEA-vintage in my view. Two complaints - although there were three tv’s in the unit, the one in the main bedroom was not functional. Also, on the morning after check in we were awakened early by a workman who told us to move our car from the parking lot for a resurfacing project. The parking was not available to us. We expressed annoyance……
