"Hard to find parking and valet closes early. Front desk was not helpful at check in and didn’t explain the amenities at all. They did not honor Expedia free drink voucher at stated when I made my reservation. Rooftop bar is very busy and hard to get a reservation or spot at the bar as it is open to the public, but great drinks and views. Room was very nice."

"This I wonderful hotel. Our 3rd time staying there. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The pool is very nice and heated. The hot tub is so nice too. There is a restaurant on the grounds called Lake House Bar and Grill. Everything we have eaten there is so good. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beautiful with a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"Positives: The property and rooms were clean and well-kept. The hotel is in a nice area. The breakfast was good; the waitperson was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Negatives: The door to the adjoining room is a terrible sound barrier. We could easily hear conversations. Unfortunately for us, our next door neighbors liked to stay up past midnight. We had to pound on the door twice to get them to speak more softly. The floor in the shower is very slippery."
