The flat, situated with a fantastic 180-degree sea view and a wonderful view of the Ligurian hinterland.
The nearest beaches are only 4 km away.
The small, dreamy village centre is just 500 m away with a small grocery shop and a typical Ligurian café and restaurant.
The house has a total of 3 residential units.
In the large natural garden and on the terrace there are various seating areas with a view of the sea and the marina of San Lorenzo as well as the beautiful Ligurian hinterland.
On the large terrace & natural garden (approx. 700 square metres) you can relax or play badminton, etc. There is also a table football table in the middle of the olive trees with a view of the sea.
From Imperia to San Remo you can use the newly developed cycle path to enjoy the beautiful coastal landscape and go on a culinary journey of discovery.
Beautiful hiking trails to Monte Faudo (1149m) are also popular.
Nice and Monaco can be easily reached by car in just 50 minutes. Also possible by train and bus.
